Amos was introduced to Operational Excellence (OE) principles while pursuing his M.Sc. in Engineering (1997) and Management in Cranfield University, England. The George Group certified him as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) after completing their program at the University of Texas (2012).
Amos is an accomplished professional engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA). He is an enthusiastic self-starter with over 20 years of experience in OE within different industries such as service, transactional, manufacturing, food, and healthcare in both private and public sectors. Some of his achievements includes leading a project team that earned the Premier's Award of Excellence for attaining significant business process improvement.
Amos has also initiated and developed several LSS Yellow Belt (YB,) Green Belt (GB,) and Black Belt (BB) training, coaching, and certification programs that have been customized both for private and public sectors.
These programs perfectly integrate with Lean and Six Sigma methodology and also include the incorporation of soft skills such as leadership, team dynamics, change, project, risk and stakeholder management.
Amos actively volunteers in his community and has a passion of improving environments he engages with in line with his life purpose of leaving environments better than he found them.
Andrea is an authentic collaborator who supports innovation and strategic execution by leveraging her experience in evidence-based decision making, design thinking, change management, executive coaching and organizational culture.
She has 15-plus years of senior leadership experience in complex environments including the broadcast and post-secondary sectors. She has led the full employee cycle from recruitment to retirement, and has managed a variety of projects from stakeholder engagement to the implementation of technology solutions. And most recently, the development of a hybrid work strategy (combining virtual workplaces with "in-office" environments).
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Honors Psychology) from the University of Alberta, and a Master’s Degree (Journalism) from the University of Western Ontario. She is also a certified Executive Coach and Change Manager.
Menasha Nikhanj is currently the Director, Community Engagement and Outreach for the Alberta RCMP. Her background includes a degree in Social Work and a Masters degree in Science focusing on Organizations and Leadership. She has a certificate in Appreciate Inquiry facilitation and has been awarded a scholarship under the Rotary Peach Fellowship, professional development certificate (complete in Aug 2019). Majority of Menasha’s career has been spent with integrated and joint operations with Children’s Service, law enforcement and with Public Security. The lens she takes is to work through a systems approach to creating community safety and wellness.
As well, Menasha does contract work with Human Resources departments to address workplace issues that impact workplace well-being.
